HingeJoint2D.jointAngle inconsistent
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "jointTest"
3. In the scene view top-left corner the HingeJoint2D.jointAngle is displayed
4. Rotate the cube - the jointangle value changes to something other than 0
5. Enter and exit play mode - the value is now 0 again
