Highlighter for dragging an object is still shown after the mouse is released
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new project
- create a few game objects and some assets in the Project View
- try to move objects to rearrange or parent them so the blue marker appears
- drag the mouse outside the window without releasing it and notice the marker is still shown
