Highlighter.Highlight fails to highlight Mesh field on MeshFilter, but succeeds on SkinnedMeshRenderer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select "Highlight_SkinnedMeshRenderer_Mesh" Game Object
3. Check the "highlight" field under HighlighterBug component
4. Notice how the SkinnedMeshRenderer is highlighted in the editor
5. Select "Highlight_MeshFilter_Mesh" Game Object
6. Check the "highlight" field under HighlighterBug component
Expected result: MeshFilter component is highlighted
Actual result: nothing is highlighted
Reproducible on: 5.4.4p1, 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b5
Tested on Windows 10

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and fully intend for an existing, or forthcoming upgrade to provide the solution that you need.
