[HighDPI] Button dialogs are being cut off when trying to change layer mask of an object with children
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1043212-HiDPITest.zip")
2. Open scene "ggg"
3. Select "GameObject" in Hierarchy
4. Try changing its layer to "Water"
Expected result: dialogs fit in the buttons
Actual result: dialogs are cut off
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a3, 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.2.0a6
Not reproducible with - 2018.2.0a5 and earlier - no HiDPI support
