Hierarchy v2 does not scroll up while draging an object
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- In hierarchy create a lot of objects to be able to scroll in the hierarchy window
- Try draggin an object to the top of the hierarchy list

Actual results: Hierarchy does not scroll while draging an object to the top
Expected results: Hierarchy scrolls up while dragging to the top

Reproducible with versions:
6000.3.0a2, 6000.3.0b6
Not reproducible with versions:
6000.4.0a2
Can’t test with versions:
6000.3.0a1 and lower (Hierarchy v2 is not present on these versions)

MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1

Resolution Note:
I believe this is a behaviour difference between tree view and collection view that is currently integrated in 6.4 hence you don't see the issue on 6.4. Once this ui control is in a ready stage(e.g. performance), it will be backported to LTS(6.3).
