How to reproduce:
Reproduction steps are unclear
Expected result: Hierarchy functions and Console is not filled with errors
Actual result: Hierarchy is empty and Console is filled with errors
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a10
Notes: - Creating new Game Objects does not appear in Hierarachy
- Restarting Unity fixes the issue
