Hierarchy Focus does not function
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select any element in the hierarchy
3. Press "F" or double-click to focus
4. Object is not focused
Expected outcome: Scene view will focus towards object when selected in hierarchy and "F" is pressed or double-clicked
Actual outcome: Focus highlight is triggered (yellow pop-up), but Scene view does not focus the object
Reproduced in 2017.1.0b1 , 5.6.0f3, 5.5.3p1
Notes: Focus starts functioning if you right click on the scene view after selecting object and then trying to Focus

changing the typing language from azerty FR to qwerty ENG and get it back fix it for me !!!
