Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached project
2. Select any element in the hierarchy
3. Press "F" or double-click to focus
4. Object is not focused

Expected outcome: Scene view will focus towards object when selected in hierarchy and "F" is pressed or double-clicked
Actual outcome: Focus highlight is triggered (yellow pop-up), but Scene view does not focus the object

Notes: Focus starts functioning if you right click on the scene view after selecting object and then trying to Focus
