HelpBox visuals in the "Quality" settings window are not aligned with the latest style guide
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
- Select the "Quality" item
- Observe the help box UI
Actual results: The icons are too big, and the section is too small
Expected results: The icon should be smaller, and the section size should be adjusted to a new design
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a3
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.1
