Help menu section has two horizontal lines at the end of item list
Reproduction steps:
1) Create a new project (or open any existing, it doesn't matter)
2) Go to 'help' menu section
-- Notice two horizontal lines are at the end of the list of items (attached screenshot)
Regression appeared in 5.6.0b5
Reproduced with:
5.6.0b9, 5.6.0b5
Unable to reproduce with:
5.6.0b4, 5.5.1p4
