Headers in Frame Debugger are too bold/large
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Open the Frame Debugger (Window>Analysis>Frame Debugger)
3. Enable debugging
4. Observe the side column that displays various passes
Expected result: the font is reasonably sized and matches other Editor styles
Actual result: the font appears larger and bolder than in other similar headers
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19
