[HDRP] [VFX] Parameters that are exposed in the subgraph are not visible when inspecting the main graph
Version tested: 2020.1.0a19 (Trunk) + 7.1.7 (Vfx/Staging)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Observe that "New VFX Subgraph Operator 1" contains exposed parameters
2) Observe that it's added to "MainGraph" vfx graph (or make a new graph and add previous subgraph there)
3) Select "MainGraph" object in Hierarchy
4) Observe that no parameters are exposed there
