[HDRP] UI layout errors when selecting a scene template

Package: Scriptable Render Pipeline HD

Tested with 2020.2.0b2 + HDRP/staging (48e2879)

Steps to reproduce:
0) Install HDRP, run the wizard
1) Select Tall Layout in Window->Layouts
2) Click new scene, select Indoor, click edit on the right
3) Observe UI errors in the console

Expected results: No errors

  1. This is a duplicate of issue #1275253

    [Scene Template] "Layout update is struggling" error thrown continuously on creating "Scene Template" in the Project window
