[HDRP] Skymanager detects Procedural sky being used when its not used
Note:
I edited Skymanager.cs
line 182 by removing " && logOnce" to see the error message more than once. To be sure its still happening
1) Open the scene.unity
2) Enter and exit the local volume as in the video
Result: You get errors about procedural sky when its never been used in the project. Also the volumes are newly created with the same unity and HDRP version(not upgrade problem).
