HDRP shadows cast by Volumetric Clouds flicker when moving the Scene view Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-137007.zip“ project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“
3. Move the Scene view Camera around
4. Observe the Scene view
Actual result: The lighting in the Scene flickers
Expected result: The lighting in the Scene is steady, and no flickering occurs
Reproducible in: 2023.2.0a11, 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b12, 6000.5.0a9
Could not test in: 2023.1.0a1 (The general lighting in the Scene is not the same as in later versions)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible with different Quality and Rendering settings
- Reproducible on DX12, DX11, Vulkan (others were not tested)
- Locally, could not reproduce in Game view with the Camera GameObject, nor in the Player
