[HDRP] Scene view flickers, shows rendered image from material preview
Steps to repro:
1. open repro project
2. Open a scene
3. In project tab, select a material
4. In inspector tab, grab the slider for material preview
5. move the slider up and down until flickering occurs
Expected: no flickering, material preview render result cannot be seen in scene view tab
Actual: flickering, image of material preview is seen in scene view tab
NOTE: Repro on Mac Metal
Note: also repro with VT disabled in player settings
