[HDRP] Render Texture is not drawn in the Standalone Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1285290"
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Observe the render texture in the bottom left corner of the Game view
4. Build and run the project
Expected result: The build of the project matches the Game view with the Render Texture being drawn in the bottom left corner of the screen
Actual result: The Render Texture is not drawn in the build
Reproducible with: 9.0.0-preview.13(2020.2.0a1), 10.0.0-preview.27(2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.1(2019.4.12f1), 8.2.0(2020.1.10f1)
