[HDRP] Reflection Probe face does not reflect ambient lighting when baked
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project from "SkatePrototypeV2.zip"
2. Select "ReflProbe" in the Hierarchy
3. Rotate it in the Inspector until you see the black wall in its reflection
Expected result: Reflection Probe reflect ambient lighting of the wall
Actual result: Reflection Probe reflects the wall without ambient lighting
Reproducible with: 2020.1.6f, 2020.2.0b3 (Scriptable Render Pipeline HD 8.1.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.10f (Failed to load 'D:/UnityProjects/case_1277334-SkatePrototypeV2/Assets/Scenes/TestScene1/NavMesh.asset'. File may be corrupted or was serialized with a newer version of Unity.)
