[HDRP] Properties name under "General Settings" overlaps with its input field from the "HDRP Default Settings
Properties name get overlap with its input field under "General Settings" in the "HDRP Default Settings" from "Project Settings" window, refer attached screenshot
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Upgrade High Definition RP Package to 7.1.7
3. Edit > Project Settings > HDRP Default Settings
Actual Result:
Properties name overlap with its input field
Expected Result:
Properties name should be visible clearly
Tested on Unity version:
2020.1.0a18, 2019.3.0f5
Note: Unable to check on 7.1.2 because this package version was broken
