[HDRP] Opening Materials_Samples scene from FTP project or importing its assets as a package crashes machine with AMD GPU
Versions tested: 19.3.0b11 + 7.1.1, 8.0.0 Staging
Hardware: AMD Radeon VII
Steps to reproduce:
1) Clone https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/HDRP-FTP
2) Open Materials_Samples scene
OR
1) Import attached package to a new HDRP project
Possible results:
1) Unity can simply crash during the import stage
2) Before crashing it can crash video drivers which will result in monitor blinking
3) It opens the scene but everything is invisible
Expected result: should be able to open scene or import package
Note: only happens on my Radeon VII machine. Tested on 1080 worked fine, on MacBook's Vega VII machine works also fine. Deleting library folder didn't help
