[HDRP] On Demand shadow updates fail when Reflection Probe is updated in the same frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "ShadowRendering_ReflectionProbes3.zip" project
2. Uncomment everything in the BeginCameraRendering method in the Test.cs script
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select the "Directional Light" GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. Check the "Update This Frame" property in the Inspector
6. Observe the Game view and Console log
Expected result: No errors in the Console log and no glitches in the Game view
Actual result: Errors are thrown in the Console log and shadows glitches in the Game view
Reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.12f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.10f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19)
Could not test with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.27f1) - Due to errors in the project
