[HDRP] New SubLayer is not aligned with the BaseLayer under Render Schedule in the HDRP Compositor window
All Newly added SubLayer is misaligned with BaseLayer under Render Schedule in the HDRP Compositor window, Refer to the attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Compositor
3. Enable Compositor
4. Render Schedule > Add to list(+) > Image OR Video
5. Repeat step 4
Actual Result:
New Sublayer is misaligned with the BaseLayer under Render Schedule
Expected Result:
New SubLayer should be aligned with BaseLayer
Note: HDRP Compositor(Preview) window is introduced in 9.0.0-preview.33
Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33
Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & macOS 10.15

Resolution Note:
This misalignment is "by design", to better visualize the relationship of the sub-layers with their base/parent layer. It is more clear when you have multiple base layers and each one of them has a list of sub-layers, like in the attached screenshot (see comment section).
