[HDRP] New SubLayer is not aligned with the BaseLayer under Render Schedule in the HDRP Compositor window

Package: SRP HD Template

-

All Newly added SubLayer is misaligned with BaseLayer under Render Schedule in the HDRP Compositor window, Refer to the attached video

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Compositor
3. Enable Compositor
4. Render Schedule > Add to list(+) > Image OR Video
5. Repeat step 4

Actual Result:
New Sublayer is misaligned with the BaseLayer under Render Schedule

Expected Result:
New SubLayer should be aligned with BaseLayer

Note: HDRP Compositor(Preview) window is introduced in 9.0.0-preview.33

Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33

Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & macOS 10.15

  1. Resolution Note:

This misalignment is "by design", to better visualize the relationship of the sub-layers with their base/parent layer. It is more clear when you have multiple base layers and each one of them has a list of sub-layers, like in the attached screenshot (see comment section).
