[HDRP] New scene prefab looks overexposed
Version tested: 2020.1.0a7 + 8.0.0 (Master), 2020.1.0a7 + 7.1.2 (Package Manager)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create an empty project
2) Add hdrp packages to manifest file
3) In the project run Fix All in Render Pipeline Wizard
4) Create a new scene
5) Observe overexposed scene
Expected result: Scene should be lit normally

Latest issues
- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window
- Selecting “New Sub Scene” after assigning “New Scene” in Sub Scene Script Component throws “Destroying GameObjects immediately is not permitted” in the Console window
