[HDRP] Fog breaks after entering Scene view in HDRP sample project
Reproduction:
1) Open package manager
2) Click on HDRP
3) Import project Shader Graph Sample
4) Open scene called SampleScene
5) On open it should look normal in Game view.
6) Enter scene view and look around. The fog should break.
Note repro steps are not always identical. Try switching Scene/Game view and rotating Scene camera until it breaks. See attached video
Also checked HDRP 7.1.8 was still happening
