[HDRP] Light component Intensity label does not contain dragging pointer on hover
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Select 'Directional Light' GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Hover on Intensity label
Expected result: Dragging pointer appears
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1(4.1.0), 2019.3.11f1(7.3.1, 8.0.1), 2020.1.0b7(8.0.1), 2020.2.0a7(7.3.1, 8.0.1)
Could not test: 2017.4.40f1(Package Manager is not introduced)
Notes:
- Not reproducible with URP and built-in pipeline
