[HDRP] Issues with selected objects in Baked Lightmap shading mode
Selected static object is being transformed incorrectly in Baked Lightmap shading mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open default HDRP template
2. Select a prefab or any other static 3D Object on the screen
3. Enable Baked Lightmap shading mode
4. Move the editor camera
5. Observe selected object not being transformed correctly
Platform: Tested on both Windows 10 and OSX.
Packages tested: 6.5.2, 6.8.0, 7.1.7, 10.1
Notes: Does not occur in standard and LW pipelines.
