[HDRP] HD Render Pipeline Wizard get stuck on Asset configuration phase
Version tested: 2019.3.0f1 + 7.1.6, 2020.1.0a15 + 8.0.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create an empty project
2) Install HDRP 8.0.0 (add paths via manifest file)
3) Open up wizard and click Fix All
4) Observe that it never completes the process and gets stuck on Asset configuration
Reproduce with: 2020.1.0a15 + 8.0.0
Does not reproduce with: 2019.3.0f1 + 7.1.6
