[HDRP] Game View is not being rendered when loading in a Prefab Camera and rendering it to a UI Document
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugREpro” project
2. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: The generated “Player Camera” GO renders the Game View
Actual result: The Game View is not being rendered
Reproducible with: 2022.3.18f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
