[HDRP] Entering Play Mode with HDRP 8.0.1/9.0.0 preview.13 gives StaticLightingSky errors
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project "butterflybroken.zip"
2. In the Project window under "Butterflies" open "Butterflies.unity"
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: no errors are thrown related to StaticLightingSky when entering Play Mode
Actual result: errors are thrown in the Console window when entering Play Mode
Reproduces on: HDRP 8.0.1, HDRP 9.0.0 - preview.13 (2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a9)
Does not reproduce on: HDRP 4.10.0-preview (2018.4.22f1), HDRP 7.3.1 (2019.3.12f1)
Notes:
-Couldn't reproduce the console errors when downloading the sample project from https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/VisualEffectGraph-Samples
-Exiting Play Mode breaks Scene and Game View
-Two different sets of errors are outputted, when opening Unity for the first time with the default Scene and with "Butterflies" Scene
