[HDRP] Enabling shadow casting for light sources emitted by a Shuriken system breaks rendering.

Package: Scriptable Render Pipeline HD

Versions tested: 2020.2.0a1 + 9.0.0 (HDRP/staging)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Enter playmode
3) Observe moving particles and lights
4) Select Point Light prefab and enable Shadow Maps. (change should propagate across other prefab variants)
5) Observe that it breaks rendering
