[HDRP][DXR] Temporal denoising is broken up to 2021.3 in punctuals raytraced shadows
Repro steps :
- Open attached project
- Open scene called "Inside"
- Select Spotlight and check ray traced shadows
Expected : Shadow is raytraced and temporally stable
Result : Temporal denoiser does not work anymore (history is discarded every frame)
Additional info :
- Issue present up to 2021.3
Environment :
- Windows 10
- Unity 2022.2.0a15
- HDRP 14.0.3
