[HDRP] DXR Assigning normal map 8k texture
1) Change manifest to point to SRP
2) Open Street scene
3) Notice the shadows are blocky
Try removing 8k normal map or reducing the max resolution to less than 2k and the issue should disappear.

Resolution Note:
As explained by the developer this is due to high detail normal map used on very low poly count object. On hight poly object 8k normal maps should work properly
