[HDRP] Changing shadow mode with Undo (ctrl + Z) only changes the UI but has no actual effect on the scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create HDRP template scene
2. Select Directional Light
3. Modify Shadows -> Shadowmask Mode
4. Change it to another mode and notice the visual difference
5. Press Ctrl + z
6. Observe that Shadowmask mode is in different mode but the scene shadows do not change
Expected result: Changing shadow mode with Undo (ctrl + Z) should affect the scene shadows
