[HDRP] Boxlight reflections looks incorrect in RTX
1) Open scene BoxlightBug
2) Look at the plane the Main camera is facing
3) Look behind the camera to see the other plane object
Expected: The reflection of the boxlight matches the actual lights shape
Result: The light is box shaped, on the reflection though it looks like a low res circle.
Adding repro video and additionally adding another video from real world project to give more context of the issue.
