HDR values are not taken into account when using baked gradient environment
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open GradientEnvironmentTest project
2. Open Gradient-LDR scene and wait for the bake to finish
3. Now open Gradient-HDR scene and wait for the bake to finish
4. Notice that there's very little difference between the two
Notes:
- When using gradient environment, any intensity value above 2 looks identical
- Affects both CPU and GPU lightmapper
