HDR does not get enabled in the Player when 'Use HDR Display Output' is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure HDR is enabled on the display
2. Open the attached ”URP.HDR.zip” project
3. Open the “Scene“ Scene
4. Build and Run the project (File > Build and Run)
5. After the Player is built find the Player.log file
6. Observe the Player.log file
Expected result: Player.log contains "HDR is active" line
Actual result: Player.log contains "HDR is available but not active. Requesting mode change." line
Reproducible with: 2022.3.17f1, 2022.3.48f1, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.16f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Player.log can be found in “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\URP.HDR\Player.log”
- Only reproduces in URP and HDRP
