HD Render Pipeline Wizard loses the Default Scene Prefab reference when transfering the project over Unity Collaborate
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with the HDRP template
2. Open the Collaborate window from Window > Collaborate
3. Publish all of the changes
4. Close the project
5. Open Unity Hub and download the project from the cloud into another folder
6. Open the downloaded project
7. Open the Render Pipeline Wizard from Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Wizard
Expected result: Default Scene Prefab field has the "DefaultSceneRoot" Prefab assigned
Actual result: Default Scene Prefab field is empty
Reproducible with: 1.2.16 (2019.3.0b1, HDRP Config 7.0.1), 1.3.7 (2020.2.0a12, HDRP Config 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.15)
Not reproducible with: 2.1.0-preview.3 (2020.2.0a12, HDRP Config 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.15)
Couldn't test with: 1.2.15 and earlier (HDRP Config isn't present on compatible versions), 2.0.0-preview. - 2.0.0-preview.15 (missing assembly references upon updating the package)
Notes:
-Seems like a Collaborate issue as HDRP versions don't seem to change the outcome
