C# Compiler fails to run when project or install directory has commas in the path
1. install Unity on windows and when asked for location name it something like "UnityRC3,4" - comma is important
2. once installed open a project and import "Effects" from Import Package menu option
3. observe error in console - observe that you can't play the scene due to compiler issues
