Hard crash when LiveLink is enabled and adding new InputSystem map inside a SubScene
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "TestInputMapSubsceneFiles.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy, select "SubScene"
3. In Inspector, press SubScene->Edit
4. In Hierarchy, select SubScene -> InputMap
5. In Inspector, press plus on Map
6. Observe the Editor
Expected result: a new input map is created
Actual result: input map is not created, unity shutdowns
Reproducible with: 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a5 (0.4.0-prev.10, 0.8.0-prev.8)
Could not test with: 2017.4, 2018.4 (errors in the console window)
