Handles.MakeBezierPoints() omits the second last point
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "BezierBug.zip"
2. Open the "BezierBug" scene
3. Notice the gap between cubes in the Scene View
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b17, 5.3.4p5, 5.2.4f1, 5.1.4f1

I can second that, I guess I miss two points from the returned array (the second to last and the last point are not returned). I'm currently on 5.4.1p1!
