Bone Markers aren't scaling together with a Custom Editor Window using PreviewRenderUtility when it has bigger height than width
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1134881-AspectRatioBug" project
2. Open the custom window by going to AspectRatioBug > Pose Editor
3. Resize the window so that it has a bigger height than width
Expected results: The bone markers are drawn in correct places on the model
Actual results: The model becomes smaller, while the bone markers stay in the same place
Reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.10f1, 2019.1.0b8, 2019.2.0a9
