Handle of a slider is misaligned when using “UsageHints.DynamicTransform” if the select platform is “iOS” or “Android”
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “DevProject.zip” project
2. Go to the Build Setting and select “iOS” or ”Android” platform
3. Open Menu > Window > App UI > Open Storybook
4. Select Kit > Main and scroll down to the “Color Picker”
5. Move the handle of the slider of colors and observe the view
Expected result: the handle is in the middle of a slider
Actual result: the handle is misaligned
Reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a22
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1 (Errors after project downgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Note: Not reproducible with “Windows, Mac, Linux“ platform
