Hair System package throws "NullReferenceException" errors when moving the cursor in the editor if the HDRP package is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “HDRP_2022-2_Testing.zip“ project
2. Move the cursor in the editor and observe the console window
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object” errors appear
Reproducible with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a15), 14.0.4 (2022.2.1f1), 15.0.2 (2023.1.0a23)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.8 (2021.3.16f1), 13.1.9 (2022.1.24f1)
Could not test with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.42f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a14) (Errors after project downgrade/upgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Notes:
- Tested with Hair System 0.9.0-exp.1 package
- Not reproducible without the HDRP package
- Not reproducible in a newly created project

Resolution Note:
I have not been able to reproduce this issue with the latest version of the hair system package (0.10.0-exp.1). Considering the issue fixed.
Note: The submitted test project still contains errors due to incomplete script assets (likely due to a failed script import at project creation time). These can be fixed by upgrading the package, which should force a reimport of said assets.
