GzipStream and DeflateStream classes do not work on Windows
To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'GZipRepro.zip' on Windows.
2. Click 'Gzip Test Menu/Gzip Test' & '.../Deflate Test', notice the 'DllNotFoundException: MonoPosixHelper exception'.
3. Works fine on OSX. Also these System.IO.Compression classes work on Windows when accessed in VS or Xamarin Studio.
