GUIUtility:ProcessEvent method spams warnings when using some Unicode symbols within naming in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Rename a GameObject with [U+1F480|https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+1F480] Unicode symbol
Expected result: The symbol isn’t printed or the warning message is printed on less number of events
Actual result: The warning message is spammed in the Console log on every event done in the Editor
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
