GUIDPresistentManager reports Loads of Object Missing Errors when specific diagnostics settings enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Open the Preferences window (macOS: Unity > Settings; Windows: Edit > Preferences)
3. Enable the "AssetLoadStateValidation" option inside Diagnostics > AssetDatabase
4. Restart the Editor
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are present
Actual result: Hundreds of “Loaded object missing in GUIDPersistentManagerV2: …“ errors are present
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a17, 2023.2.16f1, 6000.0.0b13
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.22f1, 2023.2.0a16
Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 14.3.1
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
