GUID conflicts between Collab and PlasticSCM-CN after deleting Library
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Inspect console
Expected result: There are no errors in the console
Actual result: There are GUID conflict errors in the console
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a3)

The Plastic SCM package from the Unity Asset Store has been deprecated and is no longer supported. Please continue using the Version Control package in the Package Manager to continue using Plastic SCM's Unity Integrations.
