Grid Opacity Slider cannot be controlled via Label Drag at slow Cursor speeds
Steps to reproduce:
- Create and open any Project
- In Scene View open the Grid and Snap Settings from the Grid Overlay
- Hover over and click and hold the "Opacity" Label
- Slowly move cursor sideways
Actual results: Opacity Slider is not being controlled when the cursor is moved slowly
Expected results: Opacity Slider is moved no matter the cursor speed or location within the Editor
Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a3, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0a2
