Green lightmap tint appears after creating a new URP template scene
To reproduce:
1. Create a new URP template;
2. Wait until lightmaps are baked.
Expected result: the scene does not have a green tint.
Actual result: the scene has a green tint.
Reproduced with: 2020.2.0a21
Not reproduced with 2020.2.0a20
Tested and reproduced: macOS Catalina, Macbook Pro(16-inch, 2019), AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB
Notes:
-Sometimes happens after changing URP package version
-Happens with "Compress Lightmaps" disabled and enabled in Lighting Window
-Happens with all Lightmap Encoding quality levels in Player Settings
