Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run
Actual: The skyscraper is blurry
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a12

- Repro on MacStandalone with Metal/OpenGLCore
- Android OpenGLES3/Vulkan
