[GPU PLM] High resolution lightmap bake keeps on restarting when Progressive Updates flag is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open SponzaHDRP project (or any project that was authored for baked lightmaps)
2. Set Lightmap Resolution to 128 or higher
3. Make sure that Progressive Updates flag is checked
4. Bake the lightmap using GPU lightmapper
5. Notice that after reaching a certain threshold, the bake restarts
Notes:
- Only reproduces with GPU lightmapper
- Only reproduces with either very high sample counts, and/or high lightmap resolution
